We currently serve professional sports academies, pro club academies, elite high school prospects, and collegiate-level athletes.
We currently serve both the United Kingdom and the United States, but we welcome inquiries from institutions worldwide. Please don't hesitate to reach out.
At present, we focus on high school athletes of all genders aged 14-18, as well as college and university athletes aged 18-22. Private consultations for established pro athletes are available on a case-by-case basis.
For maximum impact, our class spans approximately 7.5 hours, divided into three modules, ideally delivered over two days. We offer flexibility depending on the location and institution.
